As FIST-BSS includes calls from several
corporate applications an Outlook
Profile has been created for clients to use for reporting and logging
problems that are sent via email. Project Managers and the development
team members will add this mailbox to their Outlook profiles. This
will ensure that your emails are seen by a member of the FIST team.

In the Header of your email, in the Subject field, please indicate which corporate application you are referring
to (e.g. FOIP). Please follow the application
name with a brief title of the problem. In the
message area of your email please be as detailed as possible as this will greatly assist us in defining the problem. Screen dumps
of errors assist the development team greatly in resolving problems.
